Very bad tornado in South Oklahoma City Today (Monday) Hitting Right Now.

They declared a Tornado Emergency. I have never heard that expression before. The sirens are going now.

This goes down to Moore Oklahoma. This is going to be very, very bad.

In about five minutes it will hit Moore and a hell of a lot of people are at risk.

I am 15 miles roughly north of there.

It is already east and far south and they move fairly predictably. It would be against the laws of physics for it to hit my area. But thanks for the concern.

If I have to I live very close to a major shopping mall and it might be my best place to hide from a monster like this if it comes up and there is time. Maybe next year we should look into getting a shelter.

I never understood why people used mobile homes in that area either! Those winds just loft them like toys.

Please, anyone near this storm should take shelter. Not weakening at all. Schools holding kids that were due to be released for the day but are keeping them.
