I respected Ray as a fellow keyboard player. He and Robby were excellent musicians.

19. Yep, me too. Ray was very talented. The Doors did not have a bass player, so Ray

played all of the bass lines in their live gigs on his Fender Rhodes.

He was a great songwriter as well.

15. RIP Ray---I saw the R and R Hall of Fame Memorial of musicians that died last year

I was saddened bad. I was actually on my way to band practice (drinking, smoking and music) and couldn't watch. It was too sad.
