Red Cross: Safe and Well Website

My Union just posted this link on their FB page, thought I would pass it along for anyone who might find it of benefit.

After a disaster, letting your family and friends know that you are safe and well can bring your loved ones great peace of mind. This website is designed to help make that communication easier.

I've been checking the livestream of an Oklahoma tv station, KFOR: http://kfor.com/on-air/live-streaming/

A devastated woman & her older son were looking for her younger son from the Plaza school, asking the reporter to give his name out in case a viewer might know where he might be. The reporter almost broke down, it was so heartbreaking.

It was then that someone called in & said that a local church had taken in a lot of survivors; to please relay that information to the mother.

A $10 donation can be made by texting to 90999 & inserting the word REDCROSS. The donation will show up on your wireless bill.
