(53,339 posts)In disaster events, I think of DUers I know who live in the affected areas, and I want to hear that they're okay after the event. It's great to have eyewitness reports from DU members, but I don't want anyone to take unnecessary risks when things start to get dicey. That's just not worth it, and their safety is paramount.
