Is the quality of being photogenic or not. Especially now when so many photos are taken.

Republicans especially seem unable to take a good photo, or often they are like that. Bachmann especially seems liable to it. When it comes to females, there is that plastered on smile of fakeness that conservatives women will have on a lot and if it gets caught on camera, will make them look nuts.
