It's May 25th and it's freakin' snowing to beat the band
grr. just covered my wee plants as best I could.
It's been cold and raining for days and a couple of hours ago, it turned to snow.

7. It won't stick.
You should be more worried about how low the temperature will be.
I've seen snow on May 31st in Denver, but it didn't matter. |

8. So, I'll bite. Where are you that it's snowing.
Now if it's Louisiana, that's incredible. But if you live at high altitude, that's another thing altogether.
Still, would be a record in your area for latest spring snow? |

10. Rural MI here. Low, tonight 37.
No forecasted precip. It's clear as a bell and the Milky Way is bright. Should take my telescope out, but it's too fucking cold.

11. Vermont is like that, cali
There is a low pressure system to your northeast and while it is tapping moisture from the Atlantic on the right side, it is also tapping cold air coming down from the Arctic on its left. Here in the Smokies it was 38 last night. Dry air. Got up to 75 for a minute or two in the sun today. Ahhhh......
