1. It should be the responsibility of every political debate moderator
to require these be adhered to, and call out the offender each time an infraction occurs.

Discussions would be so much more interesting if people tried to work within a rational framework.
Listening to people call each other names is not particularly interesting, and tends to generate annoyance and even hostile emotions. Listening to people involved in rational debate can be very interesting and even enlightening. Thank you for listing these points! |
