(Reuters) - In a victory for Planned Parenthood, the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to consider whether the state of Indiana can prevent the nonprofit healthcare provider from receiving federal Medicaid funding for any medical services it offers to low-income people.

Supporters of the law, which was blocked by an appeals court, had wanted to prohibit any government funding of Planned Parenthood's medical programs, such as cancer and HIV screenings, because the group also provides abortion services.

They count on you,all of us,being too stupid to notice.After all,they've devoted over 3 decades of dumbing down the entire country in every way imaginable.Systematic cuts in education.Media control.Contrived distractions.Faux crisis.Outright lies and disinformation.
Hell,almost half the public,the voting public anyway,ARE too stupid to notice.

It was a terribly misguided attack on PP. I'm glad to see this struck down. I hope that similar attempts to attack PP in other states meet similar fates.
