What kind of pot has this guy been smoking? In my experience, pot has never ever made anyone more aggressive. In fact it's quite the opposite.

believe it or not, he's correct. There are a VERY FEW people in which pot has the opposite effect and makes them aggressive. I've known two of them; HOWEVER, that is a VERY VERY VERY small percentage of pot smokers. Most of us use it to have a little mellow buzz throughout the day and no, I don't touch Little Debbies or Doritos or any of the other MYTHS about smoking pot. Having said that, he's going to have a very difficult time proving it.

I'd guess that if you're a Twinkie or a left-over bowl of lasagna, a stoner's actions may come across as rather aggressive indeed.

Like "oh he's a DRUG user!"

I saw this when I sat on a jury for a rape (at gun point) trial. The defense attorney brought up that the victim smoked pot on her front porch before. Now, mind you not that night or anything anyway. Thankfully to the credit of my fellow jurors, only 1 out of 12 seemed to think it mattered at all.
