(32,005 posts)His and the Murdoch representative. There is a reason the Murdoch representative signs it. Because it makes Murdoch a ton of money. He doesn't care who they insult as long as he is paid.

(32,005 posts)There are several shows on Fox that make fun of the network. They stay on because they make money. If they didn't make money they would be gone no matter who they did or did not insult.

(6,829 posts)Matt's been a HARDCORE Zappa since he purchased Freak Out in 1966. He thinks Frank had the most iconic mustache in history.
Penn Gillette's first Zappa/Mothers show was a mere two weeks before my first. We both seem to have been pretty hardcore ever since.

(8,377 posts)To be fair to Rupert Murdoch, the local Fox stations (which might have helicopters) are nothing like Roger Ailes' "GOP Network". So the cartoon is unfair to the extent that the local stations are tarred by the brush that the national network deserves so well.
But to paraphrase Sarah Palin, "That's what you get when you pal around with racists."
