I had hoped to see Christie looking a little thinner. He must have been heavier than I realized. He did announce awhile back that he had lost 40 lbs. Hard to tell.

Ahso, this was good for the tourist business and that was the goal.

Actually Christie looks like his face isn't as puffy. The issue isn't what he does today. The issue is what he does a year from now. If you eat ice cream cones all day you'll continue to put on pounds, regardless of the surgery. It all comes down to diet.

He's fifty years old and that's hard on the knees, back, heart, etc. He looks like a muscular person under that weight, though. Hope he never trashes Obama as he did in Tampa again.
