I may not like the business practices of Monsanto, but I don't buy into the hype that gmos cause disease. I will keep eating my Cheerios.

I go on a Cheerio/Corn Flake diet every now and then when I want to lose a few pounds. My biracial niece and nephew eat them too.

I read somewhere once that if cold cereal didn't have vitamins added, some kids wouldn't get enough vitamins.

They are great right out of the box for snacking or especially yummie with almond milk. I am NEVER w/o my HNC.

They're a great snack for munching at the office - not as high-calorie as some snacks. I think they make a multi-grain version, too.
