*Rice produced in southern states has higher levels of arsenic than rice from Cal.
( oh joy...guess where I live)
*brown rice has higher levels of arsenic than white rice, because the stuff adheres more to the outside of the rice grain.
* USA rice has MORE arsenic than imported basamti or other rices.
( hmmm...I am skeptical of that, as a generalization).
