The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a Purchase Order to an undisclosed Corporation. The following descriptions are vague due to the use and nature of the items. If you feel that you can provide the following equiptment, please respond to this email no later than 4 days after the solicitation date.
The following equiptment will be purchased:
(QTY 4) Plant Concealment Color 700 Lines Color IP Camera Concealment with Single Channel Network Server, supports dual video stream, Poe, software included, case included, router included
(QTY 4) Covert Coffee tray with Camera concealment
(QTY 4) Remote surveillance system, Built-in DVD Burner and 2 Internal HDDs, cameras
(QTY 2) Concealed clock radio
(QTY 4) Color IP Camera Concealment with single channel network server, supports dual video stream, poe, webviewer and cms software included, audio
Shipping for all items
Vendors who can provide the required services at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by Undisclosed Corporation should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within 3 business days of the date of this synopsis by 2:00 P.M. EST, June 10, 2013. Any responses should be emailed to: Ricardo.D.Carter@irs.gov, Attn: Ricardo Carter. No solicitation document exist for this requirement. The reference number for this announcement is V-3-VO-02-ST-O15-000. If no compelling responses are received, award will be made to the original solicited corporation.
