I think I just realized why Bush has finally hit the break even point for people hate him/people like him polls. Compared to Perry, Rand Paul, Scott Walker, Santorum, and Rick Scott he kind of looks like a somewhat compassionate not-so-bad guy. You know, he didn't openly detest Mexicans, he didn't pardon Libby Scooter in the end, he had almost wised up to the evil that is Karl Rove and so on. We're finally realizing it could be worse!!
