ceremony. It pauses every few seconds and I've closed everything else. Is this the usual? If so I'm not impressed.

I found that they had an high def (HD) stream and a standard def (SD) stream. The HD stream tended to stutter more. The regular stream was pretty smooth. The "stutter" could be a local hardware/decoding speed issue or some network issue with the ISP.
Am not sure if what you are looking at has the option to do HD or SD but if it does, then try SD if you're not already using that...
