While the NSA scandal brought this to my mind I'm sure there are other things that political junkies such as yourself are aware of that the general populace is not.
One of the defenses of the NSA spying program is that "We've known about this since Bush did it" and so what is the big deal?
What do you think would be a scandal if it got actual air time but is something that the populace should already or does already know about?

(8,209 posts)And why did building 7 go down. The pentagon is bristling with cameras and surveillance equipment. I can't believe they don't have one picture of a jumbo jet hitting that building.

(28,394 posts)I live here. I remember the eyewitness reports on local news that have been silenced. There are people here who saw it and remember what they saw.
I won't get into any arguments with anyone over it, though.

(14,374 posts)That is worse than a Mafia loan shark, but through a legal loophole, it is legal to charge those obscene rates. That loophole needs to be closed immediately.
