I was a witness, but not a typical one. For that reason I kept getting calls. How they got my name and phone number I don't know, but I got calls from family crying on the phone asking me if I would testify in a class action suit.

No. I did not want to get involved. Just all the interviews was enough to to give me an ulcer, and disrupt my life. That this TEENAGER did not want to go to the funeral, or want to get involved, I can totally understand that. It can wreck total havoc on your life.

The defense has all night to go over what she has said and look for ways to pick holes in what she has said so far and look for ways to get her to perjure herself or otherwise destroy her credibility.

It's not the defense's job to be nice to her, their job is to give their client the best possible defense.

I fully expect the prosecution to behave similarly when they are cross-examining the defense's witnesses.
