Is there a civil liberty more fundamental than the right to vote?

How can any Rethug pretend to be for civil liberties when they are doing everything they can to restrict the right to vote?

If we had the ability to register our true distaste for the limited choices offered by "the powers that be" we would have politicians that reflect reasonable approaches and disdain for the extremists. All it would take would be the inclusion of a "none of the above" choice on every partisan ballot.
