Pubs get away with what they do at the Sate and Federal Level because

people don't do jack shit about it, they just bend over and ask for more.

You want change in your red state hell hole, then the people need to wake the fuck up and take to the streets in mass civil disobedience and withhold your money from those that support the GOP.

The GOP and those that support them are YOUR enemy if you do not treat them as such they will continue to attack you because THEY know YOU are the enemy.

Until the people are to the point of regular and routine mass civil disobedience you folks in the red states are going to get your continued screwing.

Bitching about it on the internet gains nothing.

Vote in every single election. Vote them out. Hold your nose and vote for the lesser of two evils if you must, because today's Republicans are evil incarnate.

Redistricting, changes to the voting rights act, intimidation at polls are all things to screw the vote. That doesn't even address the voting machine manipulation.

MSM doesn't report the real news, only what is fed to them by the government. Most folks in this country are not really paying attention to what's happening. Their busy with jobs, looking for jobs, kids, etc.

Yes I will continue to vote but I think there needs to be more. I do not know what it will take to wake up to the fact we are getting closer to a fascist country.

I am not sure that mass demonstration will help now with the police state we have.

Despicable bastards know they can't win honestly. The 2010 elections did immeasurable harm to this country and the Dem candidates running next year must run on that issue.
Public protests can work and sometimes that's the only way to make a point. I see more protests like in Texas recently; we women are truly sick and tired of politicians making women's decisions for them. As in my favorite sign, "I can't believe I still have to protest this shit!"

which wasn't composed of near equal numbers of conservative thinkers and liberal thinkers?

Vote and encourage other liberal thinkers to vote. I believe liberal thinkers are more inclined to blow off voting.

About 25% actively supported the Crown. The rest sat it out in the middle.
