and then when the person's on, then it's time to go private (Oovoo gives you the option)

I do not work for Oovoo, I merely use their products.

to save the state money by not flying this witness in for a few minutes of testimony. I guess the prosecution did not anticipate that such juvenile behavior would ensue.

I wonder if they could be charged with interfering with the court proceedings?

David Drwancke in particular has an interesting background (and a Twitter account, FaceBook page is offline).
