Nothing really needs to be done. It had some serious problems when George W. Bush was President. But almost all of those problems have been taken care of thanks to the Obama Administration. | |

There probably are some issues of excessive intrusiveness and perhaps some other issues that can be resolved fairly simply with some oversight from the Administration and the Congress | |

The current situation is ripe for abuse and in the long term a threat to our freedom. We need a major undertaking such as what happened after Watergate with the Church Commission. We need to enact sweeping policy changes and major legislation to rein in the NSA. | |
