5150'd over a tweet

I still feel new here and rarely post, but I'd like to hear opinions/thoughts on this story. I follow this woman on tumblr and she is adamant about having her experience heard. She made a metaphorical tweet and next thing she knows, LAPD is busting in on her. It sounds crazy but it did happen. It's kinda long but if you have the time....thanks!

He didn't have to. He blew it.

That said, I am not surprised by her story, and I feel bad for her. It does appear that somebody "got" her out of spite.

on letting the cops in. They can't legally force their way in I guess...I'm naive about the "rules."

I suppose BoBB's off the hook, but I might have a chat with my attorney about that Super's conduct.

It should be getting more attention than it is. If you can talk to this woman, please advise her that she should seek the advice of a lawyer immediately.

over 2 yrs. ago. She didn't contact a lawyer that I know of. I think her health problems were too overwhelming at the time.

Twitter, etc. It's too likely to create a backlash from the person you are having to deal with.
I don't tweet. I'll read some people's tweets, but I won't post on Facebook either.
It doesn't surprise that her situation got overblown.
