CIA EMBED 4 AGENTS Into NYPD After 9/11

Reports are out that the CIA embedded four agents with the NYPD after 9/11. Has this intelligence sharing poisoned the New York Police with government involvement? We look at the story on this clip from Buzzsaw with Tyrel Ventura and Tabetha Wallace.

...but I can't imagine what the CIA was watching FOR. Did they think there were terrorists on the NYPD? Thats very unlikely... Also, its my understanding the CIA isn't even permitted to conduct operations on US soil. Perhaps someone wll correct me if I'm wrong. I think US soil is strictly the domain of FBI/DoJ.
