The state Supreme Court has reaffirmed their earlier decision that an Iowa dentist could legally fire an assistant who had worked for him for 10 years simply because he claimed to fear that her beauty might lead him to stray from his wife. The employee had never flirted or encouraged him in any way, but instead of telling the dentist to shut the fuck up and keep Mr. Happy in his pants, the all-male court said that he was within his rights to fire her.

1. That's messed up

I wonder if it will go on up - it seems like such a crazy decisions - based on feelings rather than gender? "Well I don't know if I can hire a black guy - my feeling is that I'd want to abuse him and create a hostile work environment. Obviously I know that is wrong, but I wouldn't want my feelings to get the better of me."

they got fired by the voters because they ruled that marriage should be equal. So now we got clowns, mostly appointed by that big clown himself, Terry Branstad.
