Let me see if I got this right. In Florida I am allowed to stalk someone until they are alone, provoke a fight and once they get a good clean punch on me I can pull out my gun and blow them away and claim I "feared for my life".

which is a crime, even in Florida. And you admit to doing it. So even if you walk from murder 2 or manslaughter, you're going to Starke for stalking which might be a misdemeanor, so max one year and you'll get the max. Go and do a year in Starke and tell me you have a get of jail free pass to "kill them when their beating you up."

but since you can't find out, the answer is: maybe no one at the SA office believed they could even get a stalking conviction (but somehow they believed they could get a Murder 2 conviction) based on that that pesky little thing called evidence and the criminal justice system. what came out in the trial and a very reasonable argument at that is trayvon did the same, when he could have just gone home.

Yes, Trayvon had rights on that night, but he could have made it home. He could have said, "I live here!" Just like, Zimmerman could have yelled out "I'm with Neighborhood Watch! I've called the police!"

Neither did that. They both got caught looking for trouble and this is the result. From that one little forgettable night our whole country has suffered, two families are destroyed and a boy is dead.
