Did Trayvon's father live at the Gated Community?

Or, were they just visiting a friend for the day? I ask because I am in a discussion wherein I thought that Tracy Martin rented a home in the community. My opponent said the father did not live there.

testimony Tuesday, Wendy Dorival, who worked as the volunteer program coordinator for the Sanford Police Department, said she made a presentation to facilitate a neighborhood watch program in 2011 for residents of Retreat at Twin Lakes, where Zimmeran lived and Trayvon was visiting a friend of his father's on the night he was killed. Dorival said she doesn't discuss whether residents should carry firearms while participating in neighborhood watch program" USA Today, July 25, 2013

Is this true?

Maybe they lived together? Names not on the lease? I hope I can get support and clarity here so I can own up to a mistake or continue the debate.

His fathers girlfriend lived there.

It may be one of those cases where his dad lived there, but wasn't on the lease and they didn't admit to it because either it would mean problems with the lease, with any kind of rental assistance program, or both. I saw that a lot when I worked with a property management company, people for all practical purposes lived in a place but for those reasons kept a mailing address and leak residence listed elsewhere.

I was just going on my prior experience with cases where a person living someplace was listed as "visiting". I was assuming it was a rental community.

I just want feedback rebuttle data for my discussion with the opponent. Besides the obvious....

and girlfriend lived together. Trayvon was visiting his father. like the judge told my nephew, you have joint custody of your child she may use both the addresses of her mother and father. They are both her homes.
