LIBERTY (February 15, 2012)--An armed Southeast Texas man who was wearing body armor and claiming to be an anti-government militia member was arrested in a domestic dispute in Liberty County, authorities said. snip

The standoff started after Boney’s wife called 911 and said he shot at her outside their Cleveland-area home.

Boney is accused of pointing guns at deputies, yelling that he was a "warrant officer in the Texas Militia" and claiming the officers had no authority over him.
