WI Capitol Police Desecrate Flag & Constitution While Arresting Viet Nam Vet ~ POWERFUL VIDEO!

A USMC veteran was swept up in a mass arrest while standing silently. The US Flag he was holding was mishandled by the Wisconsin Capitol Police and desecrated on the Capitol floor. This veteran was charged with "Resisting or Obstruction" (???) and jailed.
