cheney wasn't prosecuted so snowden (and one can assume nobody else) should ever be prosecuted for espionage nonsense.

He admitted on TV that he broke laws and we know that resulted in many deaths.

He investigated the whole thing from Rove to Cheney. Seemed to be close to getting Rove on something but in the end endicted Cheney's top henchman(his rove if you will) and convicted him. Bush commutedbhis sentence.
