from proof of who did what and when by what means.

Most tv news coverage has the disclaimer "we cannot verify this footage". A recognisable news source might help here.

by planes, tanks and artillery are common "war crimes" committed by Assad's forces.

... The government using ... imprecise weapons such as unguided missiles, cluster munitions and “thermobaric bombs” on civilian areas.

... it is clear that the vast majority of war crimes and other gross violations continue to be committed by government forces.

Amnesty International has most recently documented violations by Syrian security forces and pro-government militias in the briefing, Government bombs rain on civilians, in a long line of reports highlighting targeting of civilians, arbitrary arrest, torture and other ill-treatment, enforced disappearances, extrajudicial executions and other abuses since the start of the Syrian uprising in March 2011.

Children literally vitrified on the walls of the bunker, horrifying visions...that haunt me still again...

But Assad has bombed so much bread lines and bakeries, that nobody can believe that is goal is not to make a maximum of civilians casualties. Like Alqaida.

But I don't have the footage you ask for, sorry.
