(113,968 posts)That Snowden had access to information that even Congress did not is not at issue--even the admin has acknowledged that. As have Wyden and udall-- both Democrats and ACTUAL members of the Congressional Select committee on intelligence.

(110,261 posts)Lewis doesn't have to be a member of the Congressional Select committee to know that Snowden isn't equivalent to MLK or Ghandi.

(113,968 posts)source of information on all things NSA and thus any opinion he offers to be taken as gospel. As much as I respect Congressman Lewis, the fact he is NOT on the Select Committee clearly underscores why that is NOT the case.
Your comment in response to mine is thus a total nonsequitor.
