judge orders couple to change their kids name

the parents name dthe kid messiah. the judge ordered it changed to martin
in his words
"The word Messiah is a title and it's a title that has only been earned by one person and that one person is Jesus Christ,"

Interesting that this was a child custody court over the baby's LAST name.
Probably won't have any problem upon appeal, tho.
