Wasn't somebody in this country recently killed because he wore the wrong baseball cap to a game?

Don't some Christians pray to statues to for cures? Or, kneel before imagined images on freeway underpasses? Not to mention burning "heretics" and witches alive in the good old days of Christianity?

Actually, I think the reaction is more likely in response to a foreign power invading and occupying their country. This is just another indication of how "picking up the white man's burden" is a losing proposition.
