Until This Situation With Syria Is Resolved, Discussing The NSA Is In Bad Taste And Unpatriotic

Plus, it will give aid and comfort to the enemy. Also, keep in mind, if not for the surveillance programs, we would not have intercepted calls confirming the atrocity in Syria. These programs will also allow us to pinpoint the locations to prevent more outrages in Syria, thereby saving countless lives. Did I miss anything?

Oh yeah, this ....

or you will lose your lickspittle credentials, but no worries it seems to be no matter there are plenty around to replace you.

Never thought I would see another cowboy President, but here we go...again. My only question is, that while sure the dip in the poll numbers were a bit harsh in recent months, but to kill to rectify them?

I have talked to a few of them. This is the generation that uses social media extensively.

They absolutely hate this data collection.

The Democratic Party better make a stand or lose a sizeable chunk of the next generation.

I would hate to come back with an OP in 2014, linking exit poll data, and writing "I told ya so"

The republicans likely will not gain them (though a more libertarian minded type may attract some). Most will be turned off of politics altogether.

The NSA spying, along with an intervention in Syria could drive many younger people from any involvement. Many are incredibly cynical as it is due to the stranglehold corporate lobbyists have on DC.
