5. 80-90 yes votes in Senate, 300+ votes in the House.

Despite rhetoric from the fringes of both caucuses, the vote will not be close.

he's already said he's against it. I suppose something could change, but I don't see Welch, Leahy or Saunders voting for this.

I'll be disgusted if they do.

I think most Republicans will vote for and most Democrats will vote against. It will be close.

Feinstein will vote for. Boxer will vote against. Pelosi will probably vote for.

The Repubs will vote against his policy just to be antagonistic. The Democrats, I don't know. It could be split.
