The rules are clearly spelled out in the legislation.

Even people here don't believe Barney Frank. Paul Ryan clearly doesn't.

This man needs to be prosecuted. He is a slime and a thief. He either copied the Republican play-book, or he wrote it and they ripped him off. Either way he is either a thief or a criminal of the people. Revere this man????? NO friggin way.
