Does any one have any doubts that Obama will appoint Summers?

Any one at all?

Unfortunately, with Obama's recent track record, I think that he will appoint Summers.

Everyone knows that he's lost his Congressional vote on Syria, even if it never happens. Might not want to risk 2 in a row, and Congress smells blood in the water so they won't be kind.
