Police just said positively that no charges will be filed in the latest incident per MSNBC. You would think with the revelations coming out about the Medical Examiner and also all the shit Zimmerman has gotten himself into since the acquittal that they would file a charge. In Washington State in a domestic it used to be and I don't know if it still is the case, but some one HAD to be arrested in a domestic call.

will wave his pistol @ a cop and that will be it or he will be sent to prison
for something and that will not turn out well for him.

It's probably good that I'm not a shrink.

(2,442 posts)There will be an altercation that results in a bullet to his head. The person who shoots the gun will not be charged with a crime, it will be self-defense.
I also predicts it will happen on video.

(30,481 posts)The medical examiner has released nothing with any backing. He is suing for wrongful termination and ethnic discrimination. What would Zimmerman be arrested for?

(90 posts)They're waiting for forensics to extract the video off of the iPad. The fact that Shellie Zimmerman failed to file charges and has since recanted her story makes their job a little harder. In Florida the police can file charges even if the victim refuses and they can only do that with valid evidence hence the need for the iPad video.

They need to send it to some agency that can. After all, zimmy's soon-to-be-ex-wife said that there was damaging info on the iPad.
I would suspect that department not to be able to do something like that, but I also didn't expect them to just give up.
No wait. They didn't just give up. It's pretty apparent they don't want to do anything.
There's potential evidence on the iPad and they just declare unequivocally that no charges will be filed.
Good God! zimmy must have pictures or something on these cops.

(43,440 posts)I think all that was reported is that there would be no charges until the I-Pad was examined, which could take several weeks.
How much effort the police actually take into trying to get the information off the I-Pad remains to be seen. So Zimmerman could walk scot-free (again), but I don't think it's definitely been determined yet.
All I know is from the surveillance video is that there is one point where Zimmerman clearly appears to gesture towards his hip 2 to 3 times, as if to make threats regarding a gun. Just because no gun was drawn doesn't mean Zimmerman didn't threaten to use it.
