You might be right.

It would really be foolish to have a squabble within the party over a piece of shit like Summers. I think he's considering Summers because he owes some favors and that's what these people want as payback. If enough opposition builds, he'll be able to say that it can't be done. That's why it's necessary to keep up the pressure and raise as much hell as possible. I will be really shocked if he picks Yellen, though. If we keep Summers out, we still probably won't like who he chooses.
