What does this mean? Ted Cruz said this in his 'speech'

@jbarro: "The moon might be as intimidating as Obamacare." -- Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who is afraid of the moon.

It has to be code for something.

Seriously, can we send all these anti-government fucksticks to Somalia? They can freedom their brains out and pray to solve all their problems.

"Moon" has four letters. If you insert an "R" for "Republican" (his party) in the middle, then you have five letters: m-o-R-o-n.

So what he's saying is "The (Republican) moRon might be as intimidating as Obamacare."

I'm not sure if this is an attempt at self-deprecating humor, or if he's making some cryptic reference to Republicans providing a formidable offense to Obamacare, or if he's just whacked out and doesn't understand what he's saying...
