The Senates never going to vote on the House Bill and even if the Senate votes on a bill the House is never going to vote on it so we are stuck at an impasse anyway.

It's all Republicans can fucking do: blather endlessly, self-promote, achieve nothing. No proposals, no workable ideas to improve anything, just constant attempts at "star turns". You can bet Cruz saw Paul's stupid-ass "don't drone me bro" filibuster as a success of sorts and has been planning his own for months.
