When it comes to Limbaugh, they all seem to say their ads are run in "error." I recall other sponsors -- when called on the carpet -- responding the same way.

Every compnay knows EXACTLY where their ads are running. They account for every penny and demand to see "traffic logs" to see when and where the ads are placed. I'm in the biz and these are ad agency buys, every second of air time is accounted for.
