Senator Susan Collins of Maine became the latest Republican to criticize her House colleagues, saying on Sunday that an effort to link the health care amendments to the budget was a strategy that cannot possibly work.

Oh shit, this sucks!
They kind of banked on Obama and other Democrats to give them some cover for their craziness, to accept some of their (fucking ridiculous) demands, and they could then go tell the tea baggers that they tried. Instead, they were way too dickish in their ransom note and Democrats failed to provide the expected cover.
This is what needs to happen to show the people that these guy really, truly suck.
