Well that is a bit extreme. Something is up with the site I posted. I know what I saw and so do several of the others that contacted me. The site has been updated and the links and info are not the same as they were last night and this am. At the time though the links were taking people to bogus sites to 'sign up' that were full of B.S. I had to leave I logged in to update the post with the info I had found, and find this in my inbox. I feel the decisions and comments are a bit over the top. So I think for me someone whom believes that we each have the right to review information and draw our own conclusion, (all the links were there everyone had the opportunity to review the site for themselves and draw their own conclusions) I find the way this was handled and the comments made about me and my 'presumed' intention discouraging to say the least. Moving on, to other sites hope you all do well here - have a lot of good issues and info available but for me to have my motives and intention called into question in such a manner as was done have made me decide my time would be best spent elsewhere.

(68,918 posts)DU's been doing well for well over a decade...pretty sure that won't change!
Also, the over-the-top thing? That's automated and we don't get many options (iow, there's not an "oh dear, I think this poster made a mistake" option). Thick skins are helpful with automated systems.

Best to self-delete until you've had a chance to verify

(36,974 posts)The excerpt you posted as an example is here: http://www.obamacare.com/articles/health-care-obamacare-facts-and-latest-news-about-implementing-affordable-care-act
Note: What is on that page (on the link above) is 'only' a very short snippet of the article.
To see the FULL article you have to click on the headline there...
Then this page with the full article will come up - Here: http://www.obamacare.com/articles/2013/03/28/will-your-health-insurance-cost-too-much
That website is NOT trying to pull a fast one on you and they have not updated that article.
When you read the full article you can see that the article was posted in order to debunk the SOA study.
I hope that helps

" I will just delete my facebook page and you will never hear from me again" " I'm going to change my name and move away and you will never hear from me again"
It's blatant attention getting behavior! And my response to my sister when she pulls this crap is " Don't let the figurative door hit you on the ass on the way out"
WOW!! It just occured to me that is a lot like Republicans behavior!!

(24,850 posts)Not many have time to scour through an entire website to figure out what you should have excerpted to include in your OP when you posted it. As it turned out, more research was needed before posting it; the site is actually legitimate.
Repeated requests in the thread to provide further information or to self-delete your OP went unanswered. When beginning a new thread, it's wise to stick around for awhile in case there are any issues like this one did. There was a time lapse of about an hour for corrections to be made before it was sent to a jury. I'm sorry that you didn't stick around before it was hidden.
