It's time to get out the Executive Order pen

and issue as many Presidential Executive Orders as necessary.

1. That, ultimately, will need to happen.

Then the rancid teadonists will cry foul and impeach.

2. The EO would be effective in the short term. As any possible EO is challenged through

the courts, they would work. It would be interesting to see the Supreme COurt rule on use of EOs. I think they have been abused for decades and should be challenged. I also think Obama needs to do anything that isn't illegal to rise above the Teahadists.

3. It would be in my opinion backed by the 14th amendment but could perhaps be forced back in

Into Congress with instructions directing the bill paying our bills to be accomplished. I think Obama knows something about the Constitution and though he has not been riding on the,14th Amendment horse he knows he just how to proceed without appearing on every tv camera.
