WTF, they've yet to fix the healthcare market place web site...........

If I log in and press enter, the next page shows an error. That's using internet explorer
If I log in and press enter, the next page shows an error message & also that I have a message, that's using google chrome.

I call the number to voice a complaint, and the woman who answers is an error waiting to happen.

I've been trying to get on this site since last Tuesday.

1. I've been having the same problem.

I had problems last week verifying my identity with Experian (or whatever processor they used). Even though I answered the questions correctly, it wouldn't verify my identity. The website gave a number to call to verify my identity over the phone. I did that, but the website still didn't verify me. It asked me to upload an identifying document (like a driver's license) and I tried to do that, but it wouldn't accept the upload. Now, anytime I log in, I get an "HTTP 404 Not Found" error.

2. I can't log in to the Covered CA portal. No biggie. They are working on the software glitches, and

 

if all else fails, I send in a paper application.
