(2,380 posts)1. He did make a good, short argument for single payer, but
my take was obviously different from yours. I thought his interview was mostly incoherent. Sibelius didn't pitch the ACA as well as I expected either. I even thought, "damn, Fox will run this interview."

I can't recall hearing that argument made on TV, certainly not one with a normal national audience like Jon Stewart. People may say "single payer" but they don't explain why our current system is so bad. I'm just excited he gave it exposure.
When he took his bow I was thinking he should run for Prez.

Jon Stewart On Obamacare Glitches: Americans Will Wait For iPhones, But Not Health Care (VIDEO)
With visitors to the Obamacare health exchange website facing long delays, Jon Stewart made a point Monday to clarify the public's priorities.
"Alright, let's get one thing straight about this country," Stewart said. "We will camp out all night to be the first people to buy a phone or see a movie about shirtless werewolves, but you got 10 minutes to get me this f*ckin' health care. You understand what I'm talkin' about?"
But Stewart found it rich that the most technologically savvy administration in history couldn't get the web rollout quite right, joking that it would be like if Abaraham Lincoln "didn't bother proofreading the Emancipation Proclamation and ended up freeing the Daves."
