(19,926 posts)Spell check wouldn't find anything wrong with that since "debt" is a correctly spelled word. It also allows for using "their" instead of "there", etc., which I see from time to time in major online sites' articles since as long as it's a word spelled correctly it will go through.

Everything I have heard reported, the Special Treatment thing, it applied to staffers as well, not just elected members and Whitehouse political appointees.
But I could understand the gops desire to down play that, as it takes a really special kind of stupid think your staff will remain loyal to you as you very publically indicate that you dont give a crap about them. And it takes a really, really kind of stupid to remain that loyal staffer.
Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
