4. Not All Commercials Are Rushbo...

Stations carry 6 minutes of news at the top of the hour and 3 minutes at the bottom that have separate sponsors...companies advertising on the news or adjacent to it, not to rushbo. Thus take a break at the top and bottom of the hours...you deserve the time to detox a little bit.
